Dr Rajagopalan is not just a doctor , he is a very nice caring man. He takes time to listen to you and explains what he believes is the problem in terms that you can understand. He has taken care of me every step of the way, consulting with other doctors in hope of resolving the problem. Nothing is too much trouble at any time of the day and he makes me feel comfortable and trust what he is telling me. He is a very warm caring human being.
Found the clinic very disorganised. Booked in at front desk on arrival. Spoke to nurse who said take a seat. Waited for approx 1hr. Spoke to another nurse who didn’t know I was here. This happened on both occasions at the same clinic.
When complained about the wait a apology would of been better than the comment I received from nurse, don’t worry about it. I found this comment very unprofessional.
Hope this feedback is helpful to you.
Thank you for your feedback will pass it on to the Admin staff and also the nurse. Can you please ring me on 07703037338
He was really good. Didn't mind answering all my questions. He was happy to repeat what I didn't understand. Very knowledgeable and polite.
I received polite and constructive advice and care.
